One of the best robots by the artist Vladimir Petriv (painting) made to order and which was in the personal collection of one of the passionate lovers of Kiev.Hotel "Leipzig". This magnificent building with lots of stucco details was built in 1902 to the design of architect Carl Shiman. The owner of the printing house and Kiev's biggest stationery store, Petr Grigorovich-Barsky, ordered it, but in the end he did not have enough money to complete the luxurious project. Merchant Oleksandr Sirotkin bought the house "under the hammer". On the first floor there is a cafe called Marquis, which is mentioned in Bulgakov's "White Guard".
